How to Return Your Order
- Request: Contact us at contact@bibaelin.com.
- Preparation: Place the unused item back in its original packaging.
- Shipping: For Mainland France, use the prepaid label sent by email.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to change your mind.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original state.
- Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- Important Note: Damaged, soiled, or used items may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
- Mainland France: Returns are free of charge. Contact us to receive your prepaid shipping label.
- International (EU): For orders outside Mainland France, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection once your return is inspected.
- Method: Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow up to 14 days for the transaction to be completed after reception.
