LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
This covers manufacturing defects or non-conformities existing at the time of delivery. You have 2 years to act, and we will offer repair, replacement, or a refund.
GUARANTEE AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS
This protects you against hidden defects that make the product unfit for its intended use. You have 2 years from the discovery of the defect to make a claim.
What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
Normal Wear and Tear
Natural aging of fabrics or cosmetic scratches over time are not covered.
Improper Assembly
Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer is excluded, as our products are sold without assembly service.
Misuse & Accidents
Damage resulting from negligence, impacts, drops, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
