These Terms of Sale govern online sales of BIBAELIN products to consumers. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Ordering Process & Payment
Order Validation & Contract Terms
Orders are placed upon cart validation and payment. The sales contract is only definitively concluded when products are shipped and the confirmation email is sent. In case of manifest pricing errors, BIBAELIN reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Pricing & Secure Payment Methods
Prices are in Euros including VAT (TTC). Shipping fees are calculated before final validation. Payment is due immediately via Credit Card or PayPal.
Shipping & Returns
Free Delivery (FRANCE)
Pick-up Point delivery is FREE in Mainland France. Risk transfers to the Customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
30-Day Policy
You have 30 days from receipt to return your order.
Free Returns (France)
Returns are FREE for Mainland France (prepaid label provided). Items must be returned new, complete, and in original packaging for a full refund.
Liability & Governing Law
Liability & Product Assembly
BIBAELIN is not liable for indirect damages or business loss. As products are sold without assembly services, the Customer is solely responsible for proper assembly according to instructions.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall first seek an amicable resolution before being referred to the competent courts in Nice.
