Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- All orders are dispatched directly from our logistics center located in France.
- Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, the typical delivery times are as follows:
- Pick-up Point Delivery: 2 to 4 business days.
- Standard Home Delivery (France): 2 to 4 business days.
- Express Delivery: 24h to 48h (depending on destination).
- International Delivery (European Union): 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that external factors such as peak shopping seasons or weather conditions can occasionally impact these lead times.
3. Shipping Options and Costs
- Pick-up Point Delivery: This method is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Your parcel will be delivered to your selected local collection point.
- Standard Home Delivery: Your order is delivered directly to your address. A shipping fee supplement is applied for this service.
- Express Delivery: For faster delivery, you may select our Express option for an additional fee.
- International Orders: We ship to countries within the European Union. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated during the cart validation step based on the total weight and destination.
4. Tracking your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your parcel's progress.
- For pick-up point deliveries, you generally have 14 days to collect your parcel with a valid ID.
5. Delivery Destinations & Exclusions
- We do not deliver to the following destinations: overseas territories (DOM-TOM), Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Madeira, or the Azores.
6. Order Changes
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it is immediately processed by our warehouse.
