Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are dispatched directly from our logistics center located in France.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the typical delivery times are as follows:

Please note that external factors such as peak shopping seasons or weather conditions can occasionally impact these lead times.

3. Shipping Options and Costs

Pick-up Point Delivery: This method is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Your parcel will be delivered to your selected local collection point.
Standard Home Delivery: Your order is delivered directly to your address. A shipping fee supplement is applied for this service.
Express Delivery: For faster delivery, you may select our Express option for an additional fee.
International Orders: We ship to countries within the European Union. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated during the cart validation step based on the total weight and destination.

4. Tracking your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your parcel's progress.
For pick-up point deliveries, you generally have 14 days to collect your parcel with a valid ID.

5. Delivery Destinations & Exclusions

We do not deliver to the following destinations: overseas territories (DOM-TOM), Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Madeira, or the Azores.

6. Order Changes

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it is immediately processed by our warehouse.
